Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- 21 to 28 days before date of arrival, 25% of all nights booked will be charged.
- 7 to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 % of all nights booked will be charged.
- 7 to 1 day before arrival, 75 % of all nights booked will be charged.
- In the case of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
R100 admin charge + bank charges are applicable to all cancellations.
