Stadium Guest House offers accommodation ideally suited for holiday makers and business travellers. It is located in a quiet, secure, up market area of Green Point, 850 meters from the V&A Waterfront.
The guest house offers two fully equipped self catering studio units; The Bay Window Studio Apartment, with its own balcony, and the Large Balcony Studio Apartment.
The apartments have beautiful views of the sea and part of Robben Island with magnificent sunsets in winter. The Large Balcony Apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises of a queen sized bed and an en suite. A double sleeper couch is also available at an additional cost.
The Bay Window Studio Apartment, with its own balcony, can accommodate 2 guests. This unit comprises of a king sized bed, which can also be converted into 2 single beds. An extra mattress and bedding is available on request at an additional rate.
Both apartments are fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. Some additional features include flat screen TVs with DSTV equipped, hair dryers and personal safes.
Remote control garage parking is available on the premises as well as shared braai facilities on the sundeck. There is also a jacuzzi for guests to enjoy.
Stadium Guest House is just 450 meters from the Cape Town Stadium and within walking distance to the Sea Point Promenade and Cape Towns V&A Waterfront. The guest house is only a 15 minute drive from the Table Mountain cable station and the popular beaches.

Important Information
- Peak Season rates are charged for special events/days in Cape Town, or at the Green Point Stadium.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of a premature departure, the full original booking amount may be charged.
- Cancellations 14 days before arrival, or no shows: the visitor forfeits 100% of the deposit paid.
- Cancellations 15 to 28 days before arrival: the visitor forfeits 75% of the deposit paid, or 25% of the full quote value (whichever is greater).
- Cancellations 29 days before arrival: the visitor forfeits 50% of the deposit paid, or 25% of the full quote (whichever is greater).
