The living area is kitted out with a flat screen TV with DSTV and an entertainment system, this includes a DVD player and a docking station. It is also equipped with a 4 seated dining table.
The apartment is situated in a security complex and safe street parking is available.

- Confirmation will be sent once deposit has been received and the balance is due before arrival.
- Deposit/Payment can be made via credit card authorization (excl. 3,5% card fee) or direct bank transfer (copy of transaction to be emailed or faxed).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 45 days prior to arrival: 0% penalty.
- Cancellation 30 to 45 days prior to arrival: Forfeit 25% of total booking costs.
- Cancellation 15 to 30 days prior to arrival: Forfeit 50% of total booking costs.
- Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: Forfeit 100% of total booking costs.
- An additional 10% handling fee will be charged on all cancellations.
