A cosy double storey self-catering upmarket (4 star standards) lock up and go holiday home situated in Velddrif Quays close to the Berg River (second row). On ground floor is an open plan kitchen with granite counter, dining and lounge area with futon sofa which leads to an outside covered terrace with BBQ. Here families and friends can enjoy quality time together.
The top level hosts the Master bedroom with Queen size bed, separate dressing area and spacious en suite bathroom with toilet, basin and shower with shower panel. The bedroom, equipped with clock radio, ceiling fan, safe and hairdryer, leads to comfortable balcony for sunbathing. The second bedroom consists of 2 extra lengths single beds which can be converted into King size bed. The small en suite bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower. The balcony offers limited views onto the Berg River.
The “home from home” is fully equipped with LCD-TV (with Easy View Multichoice subscription) HiFi with CD/DVD and iPod docking station, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric blankets in winter. The gas fireplace in lounge, electric blankets and heater panels in bedrooms will keep you warm in cooler winter days. Free WIFI throughout the house.
A double kayak is available for you at little extra charge (the Berg River is approx. 40 m away, the jetty approx. 90 m).

Important Information
- A once off surcharge of R 250 will be charged for stays shorter than 3 nights.
- Minimum stays requested: 2 nights from August till April, 3 nights over long weekends, 4 nights over Easter weekend, 7 nights in High Season.
- Guests stay on own risk and the owner can not be held responsible for any injuries that might occur at Quay West or on the property during their stay.
- All bookings require a 30 % deposit of total accommodation charge, which is payable within 3 workings days of making the reservation, balance is due before or on arrival day.
- Upon receipt of the deposit, confirmation of your booking will be forwarded to you by email.
- A R500 cash key deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable after house has been scrutinized and all found in order.
- Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without cash key deposit or credit card details.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
- 22 days or more before start of rental: loss of deposit.
- 21 days to 15 days before start of rental: 50% of toal rental cost.
- 14 days to 8 days before start of rental:: 75% of total rental cost.
- 7 days or less before start of rental: 100% of total of rental cost.
