There are 3 double bedrooms. The main bedroom is en-suite and there is a family bathroom for the other bedrooms to share. The main bedroom and 1 other room offers sea views. Guests can also enjoy beautiful sea views from a lovely lounge area. Why not enjoy reading your booking in the lounge area with a lovely fire, in the fireplace. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped. Outside you will find a little splash pool, perfect for cooling off while you are tanning or just relaxing on the deck with a cocktail.
The town is a booming tourist destination with world renowned restaurants, kayaking with dolphins, whale watching in season, going for long walks on pristine beaches and the perfect place to go deep sea fishing.

Important Information
- No Parties allowed unless prior arrangements were made.
- A key and breakage deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable within 7 to 14 working days after house has been scrutinized and all found in order.
- Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than one month prior to arrival 85 percent of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 22 days prior to arrival 70 percent of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between 21 and 16 days before arrival date 50 percent of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before arrival date 20 percent of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, no refund will be considered.
