Loddeys Beachfront Apartment 1 is a spacious, 6-sleeper apartment with 180-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Helderberg and Hottentots Holland mountain ranges.

This modern apartment comprises 3 bedrooms and an open-plan living space, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the views and interact with family or friends. The main bedroom features a king size bed, an open, private bathroom and beautiful views. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These rooms share a full bathroom and an ocean view. There is also a separate guest toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, featuring a double-door fridge-freezer combination, an oven with a hob, a microwave as well as a scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. The lounge features a TV with selected DSTV channels. The apartment is serviced once a week, and fresh linen, as well as bath towels, are provided.

The Ocean View complex has a swimming pool and braai facilities that guests can make use of. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels. Excellent security with safe basement parking is available for the duration of guests stay.
