Important Information
- If the room key is lost or not returned upon departure the guest will be liable to pay a penalty of R450.
- Rooms are Reserved until 16:00.
- Any missing or broken items noted upon departure will result in a penalty amounting to the items which the guest will be liable for.
- All bedrooms, bathrooms, the lounge and breakfast room are strictly non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed outside.
- Any signs of smoking activity will result in a penalty of R1000 per day which the client will be liable for.
Cancellation Policy
- Guests must pay 50 percent deposit minimum is required to secure booking.
- Any cancellations made between 8 and 30 days prior to the date of arrival will result in a 50 percent penalty of all nights.
- Any cancellations made within 7 days prior to the date of arrival will result in a penalty of 100 percent of the accommodation fee.
- In the case of an early departure or no show a penalty of 100 percent of the accommodation fee will be charged.
- Management of the Kingslyn Guest House reserves the right to withhold deposits if any cancellations are made after the booking.
- Reservations are only secured once deposits are paid in full.
- No refunds on deposits if cancellations are made during the 21st of December until and including the 10th of January.
- Cheques are not accepted.
