The beautiful Jarvis 25 is nestled in a sought sfter area still reflecting much of its 200 year old architectural heritage of cobbled streets in De Waterkant. De Waterkant is home to a lively, tolerant and lifestyle-centric community

The main lounge is confortably furnished with a mixture of ethnic and classic furniture, all coming from South Africa. Some nice art-work decorate the walls and bring a touch of originality to the whole house. As throughtout the house an old wooden floor contributes to the cozy aspect of the lounge. A small fireplace will brighten up your winter evenings.

The TV room have a 40" UHD flat screen TV with DSTV, a comfy sofa that can be converted in a small double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower to host 2 children. A French window provides access to the inner courtyard.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with king beds to host 4 people. The main bedroom have an en-suite very spacious bathroom with bath, a big shower, two basins and even a bidet. The second bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom, have a very nice terrace overlooking the inner courtyard.

Outside the kitchen a small furnished courtyard allows you to enjoy your meals surrounded by flowers and plants. A small spiral staircase will take you to a lovely furnished roofdeck where you and your party can have a drink under the gaze of Table Mountain or even sunbathing.

Important Information

- 50% Deposit to secure Booking.
- Tenants shall respect the rights of all neighbors to peace and quiet and will not disturb any of them unreasonably
- Tenants are responsible for the behavior of any and all of their guests and visitors. Such persons may not break Tenants Lease or these Rules.
- Tenants are responsible to pay for any damages or clean-up resulting from the conduct of their guests and visitors.
- Smoking is allowed in common areas but not in the bedrooms.
- No pets allowed.
- Breakage deposit R 2000 to be refunded to the guests five working days after the end of their stay, after the House has been checked the Property Manager for any damages or losses.

Cancellation Policy

- It is agreed that a non refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the rental to confirm and secure their booking.
- The balance is due 10 days prior to the Guests arrival.
- Should the Guest cancel the reservation more than 2 months before the date of arrival, the Owner shall retain 30% of the total accommodation fee.
- Should the Guest cancel the reservation less than 2 months before the date of arrival, the Owner shall retain the full 50% deposit.
-Should the Guest cancel the rental less than 10 days before the date of arrival, after the full accommodation fee has been paid, the full amount will be retained.
- No cancellation from the Owner will be accepted from the day the 50% deposit has been transferred by the prospective tenants.
