A beautiful, newly built, self catering 4 bedroom holiday home situated in Fish Hoek and is ideal for a large family of 8.
The open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and leads into the lounge with a plasma TV, DSTV. DVD player and free Wifi and then leading onto the deck with built in BBQ and shared garden.
All 4 bedrooms are found on the upper level with the main bedroom having a double bed and en suite bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms have 2 twin beds each and share a bathroom. Bath and beach towels as well as linen is provided. The home cleaned and the linen changed weekly.
The house can be cleaned at an extra charge if required. Guests can enjoy the use of the pool next door on arrangement and can be made for small pets.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
