The majority of the 1 Bedroom Units all offer a king size bed open plan with the lounge area, with two single beds in the private bedroom. These units come equipped with one private bathroom with a shower, some of which are over a bath and a fully equipped kitchen including stove and oven.
Some of the hillside 1 bedroom units are only able to occupy 2 adults. These units provide a queen size bed in a private bedroom. As with all the other self-catering units, these units come equipped with one private bathroom with a shower, some of which are over a bath and a fully equipped kitchen including stove and oven. These units are ideal for couples and all units are non smoking.

Cancellation Policy
- The managing agent reserves the right to hold 20% of the deposit if the booking is cancelled 4 or more weeks before arrival.
- If the booking is cancelled less than a week before arrival 100% of the deposit will be held.
- A no show is the non arrival of a guest without notification in writing by fax or email to the managing agent. In the case of a no show, a no show fee of 100% of the full amount of stay will apply.
