All bedrooms are equipped with beds in extra length in king size or queen size and finest linen. Two bedrooms have a balcony with a stunning view over the valley and the sea, the two others provide nice views of the mountains.
Enjoy great views of the sea from the lounge and the front garden and lovely mountain views from the pool area. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight. Its fully equipped with Cesarstone surfaces and chrome appliances.

- Please note that guests will be held liable for any serious damage to the property.
- Guests will also be asked upon arrival to pay a breakage deposit fee in cash. Naturally this will be refunded when guests leave and everything is in order and management wont charge for a broken glass or a plate.
- The owners expect the guests to look after the house/apartment as they would and to leave it in the same condition they found it in.
- No smoking indoors.
- Please respect neighbors rights to quiet down after 10 pm during the week, and 11pm on weekends.
- No animals allowed.
- No parties allowed.
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations forfeit 10% of the total booking quote to cover credit card and banking fees.
- Cancellations more than 42 days prior to visit forfeit 50% of the total booking quote.
- Cancellations less than 42 prior to the visit forfeit 100% of the total booking quote.
- For non arrival/no show/premature departure 100% of total booking quoted is payable.
