Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 Days plus prior to Arrival: 0% Penalty.
- Cancellations 15 to 30 Days prior to arrival: Forfeit 25% of booking.
- Cancellations 07 to 14 Days prior to arrival: Forfeit 50% of booking.
- Within 07 days of arrival: Forfeit 100% of booking.
- An additional 10% handling fee will be charged on all cancellations.

Gorgeous apartment. Safe suburb, not far from shopping Centre.
Canal View 308 was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we would love to stay there again and highly recommend it. It has everything you need and it is situated in a beautiful, tranquil setting that sets the mood for a lovely holiday. We stayed there for my mum's birthday, together with my husband and 2 kids (one is an infant). With a small baby and my son, I am very skeptical about choosing the right accommodation, but the pictures on the website are exactly what you get, it is very lovely, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The furnishings are very elegant, stunning headboards and lamps, the beds are clean with crisp white linen and so comfortable. It has two lovely bathrooms with dainty touches like scented sticks and airconditioning. It has a lovely Nespresso machine, and equipped with a stove etc. It even has wifi and Dstv. It has strict security and boom gates at the entrance with very restricted access, so it is a very safe place. I would rate it 5 stars for a holiday *****
