Brightside is a spacious, contemporary luxury vacation rental, which unfolds over three levels. Situated in the quiet side streets of Camps Bay, this majestic villa is bound to impress with its architectural layout that has been designed to maximise the magnificent views and enhance modern functionality. At street level, the villa offers a large multi-bay garage with parking for up to five cars. A secure, inter-leading door accesses the main entrance corridor, followed by a second, glass door that secures the ground floor landing. A white marble tiled staircase with glass panel balustrade leads to the first floor above. All five bedrooms are on the first level of the villa, as well as an informal family and TV area on the landing. The master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom is sea-facing and opens up onto the front garden and paved sun deck. The second bedroom, affectionately referred to as the ‘pink’ room leads off the informal TV area and is the second sea-facing bedroom. This bedroom also accesses the front garden and sun deck and features an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Bedrooms three, four and five – the yellow, blue and cloud atlas rooms respectively – are located on the mountain-facing side of the property. These three rooms open up onto the back terraced garden by large glass sliding doors. Cloud Atlas features a romantic four-poster queen-size bed and has a quaint en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower, while the Blue and Yellow rooms, both with queen-size beds, and share a communal bathroom with large shower and single basin. All five bedrooms are fully carpeted, and feature room cooling block-out curtains. White marble high gloss tiles line the remainder of the floors and stairwells. The main living room and kitchen are located on the top floor. Strategically placed skylights frame the Twelve Apostles mountain range, whilst large sliding doors stack away to reveal sweeping ocean views from a spacious outdoor entertainment area with swimming pool and built-in gas BBQ. Lavish and strikingly modern furnishings include sleek white leather couches, a 64” Samsung Smart TV with Bose surround sound system, a glass 12-seater dining room table, as well as a selection of ornaments and decorative pieces. A wood-fired induction fireplace warms during the cooler winter months, whilst the stacking doors allow for cool breezes during summer. A fully equipped open plan Miele kitchen with gas stovetop on the centre island, convection ovens, built in fridges and coffee station make for an entertainers delight. A neatly self-contained scullery with dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer complete this luxury home. Brightside offers more than most and is an absolute haven of pleasure. Arrival & Departure:
- Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival
- Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure
- We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests please let us know in advance
- To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of a half day’s rental will be charged
- Upon check-in, you will be required to produce proof of your credit card as well as identification. An imprint of your credit card will be taken and held for the duration of your stay. This will only be used in the case of damages

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:
- Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays a 10% fee.
- Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
- Contract fee for each booking will charged at R495
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property
