A warm welcoming city apartment feels when entering the apartment. Walking down the corridor, the bedroom entrance is to your right. The bedroom has a warm feeling being decorated with red colours and the headboard being a dark brown. It is enough to want you to crawl into the bed on those cold winters nights Cape Town loves sharing. The bathroom is on your right as you enter the bedroom, with the shower hidden behind the door. Perfect to have a warm shower and straight into be the welcoming bed. Going down the corridor you go into the open plan kitchen living room. The double sleeper couch is perfect for a small family. The children can enjoy a movie or cartoons on those lazy days. Looking out onto the entire City, from the Castle of Good Hope, to the harbour, catching a glimpse of Blouberg far off in the distance to the magnificent building structure our Mother City has to offer. The one that is on cooking duty won’t need to feel alone being it an open planned area they can also enjoy the company of the rest of the family. Having the kitchen island provide the cook to still have some form of privacy unless there is one that would like to join into a conversation of the day’s happenings there is bar stools. The open plan kitchen and living area is also decorated with warm and natural colours with African Traditional paintings, it tweaks those that loves our vast variety of cultures in Africa and in the Mother City. The kitchen is equipped especially for those that enjoy cooking but still enjoy the love of take-out, can’t be in the central city and not go out and explore the different tastes that are on offer.

Important Information
DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of R1,000.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.
The breakage deposit as per property setting is required upon check-in in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card (no actual debit). The hold will be released within 7 days of check-out if no damages have been reported. If no credit card is available upon check-in, cash payment is required which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. In this case, please forward your banking details upon check-out. The departure cleaning fee is also payable upon check-in (if not already paid via the channel booked) Payments are refundable as per cancellation policy. Exceptions may be considered at the managers sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
A Cleaning fee of R350 is applicable and payable on all reservations.
Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R250 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.
The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:
More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 10%
1 – 2 Months prior to Arrival – 25%
15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%
7 – 14 Days prior to Arrival – 75%
Within 7 days of Arrival – 100%
The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.
Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
