Stylishly decorated, the ground floor with fully fitted kitchen is open-plan. The dining and living room with fireplace and underfloor heating opens out onto a terrace with great views of the harbour and city. There is a ground floor air-conditioned bedroom with separate shower bathroom.

Upstairs the one twin/king air-conditioned bedroom with separate bathroom looks onto Table Mountain and Signal Hill. The large air-conditioned twin master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, has French windows opening onto a small terrace overlooking the harbour.
