Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to secure all reservations.
- Payment can be made either by electronic transfer or credit card. We do not accept cheques.
- This policy applies to all cancellations irrespective of cause.
- All cancellations must be made in writing and be emailed to the agency or by fax to 028 313 1047.
- For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, 100% of accommodation fee will be charged.
