Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 45 days prior to the arrival date, 15% of the total booking amount is payable as handling fee and the balance will be refunded
- If cancelled between 44 and 21 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total booking is payable and the balance will be refunded
- If cancelled 20 days or less prior to the arrival date, on arrival, during the stay or no show, the total booking amount is payable
- Cancellation Policy for December/January holiday season and Plett Student Festival:
- If cancelled up to 90 days prior to the arrival date, 25% of the total booking amount is payable as handling fee and the balance will be refunded
- If cancelled between 89 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total booking is payable and the balance will be refunded
- If cancelled 29 days or less prior to the arrival date, on arrival, during the stay or no show, the total booking amount is payable
