Hermanus guest house, Whale Away, is a holiday destination but also your getaway retreat. Come and relax in the luxury rooms, each one with an en suite bathroom. You have the choice to choose between either a room with two single beds or one double bed.

Whale Away has a special water purification system on site, therefore guarantees safe and purified drinking water. Also for those of you who are not very fond of swimming in the sea, you are welcome to come cool down in the communal guest house swimming pool.
Whale Away guest house only serves breakfast, but dinner can be enjoyed at any one of the many restaurants in Hermanus. Provision is made for any specific dietary requirements. When check in, guests receive a key and access remote, which means that guests have full privacy and can come and go as they wish.

Important Information
- A 50 perecent deposit is required on day of reservation.
- NO children under the age of 13 years old.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
