Waterfront 8 is a self catering apartment located in the secure Waterfront complex, situated in Umdloti, KwaZulu-Natal. This air conditioned apartment comprises 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second bedroom has 2 single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a fridge/freezer, a stove/oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. The open plan dining and lounge area features comfortable seating as well as a television with selected DSTV channels. Leading from the lounge is a large balcony that offers lovely sea views.
The complex also has a communal swimming pool for guests to utilise and enjoy during their stay. The unit has parking for one vehicle and is a few minutes walk down to the beach.

Important Information
- All bookings will incur a once off admin fee.
- There is also a breakage and disturbance deposit per booking which is refundable after your stay.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can be made 30 days or more before arrival for bookings between February and November. The admin fee will however be payable.
- Deposits that have been made to secure the booking will be refunded less the admin fee.
- Cancellations made 30 days plus before December and January bookings will be charged 25% of the deposit paid as well as the admin fee.
- Cancellations within a month of arrival will be on re-sell basis.
- The managing agent will refund the amount paid if all nights can be re-sold at the same or higher amount less the admin fee.
- If the unit cannot be re-sold, a refund of the deposit paid cannot be granted.
