- If arrival times change, please notify the managing agent.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 0 to 7 days prior forfeit: 100% of the total price of the reservation.
- Cancellations 8 to 15 days prior forfeit: 75% of the total price of the reservation.
- Cancellations 15 to 30 days prior forfeit: 50% of the total price of the reservation.
- Cancellations in excess of 30 days prior incur a 5% administration fee to cover banking costs.
High Season Cancellation Policy - (1 December to 31 March):
- No deposit will be refunded for bookings made and guests will be charged for the full duration of the booking made, if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
- Guest will be charged: 75% of the total amount of the booking if cancelled within 60 days of the booking, 50% of the total amount of the booking if cancelled within 75 days of the booking or 25% of the total amount of the booking if cancelled within 90 days of the booking.
