The Trendy Waterkant with its many shops, bars and clubs is also just a 3 kms away. A leisurely stroll along the charming beachfront will get you to the famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.
 
Just down the road you will find the City Sightseeing bus stop, public transport route and many shops and restaurants. Why not enjoy a swim in our sparkling saltwater pool before sitting down to a sumptuous breakfast on the large terrace or in the stylish breakfast room.

- Rates available exclude breakfast. Optional extra @ R150 per person per day
- All Guest House prices are per room per night (not per person).
- Please enquire for specials specifically in winter.
- Children 6 years and older welcome.
- Extra bed for third person sharing in the Guest House surcharge of R 250 per night.
- A deposit of 50% and full credit card details will secure your reservation.  
- Deposits made to guarantee are non refundable.
- The balance of accommodation is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made within 30 days of date of arrival, 50% of full accommodation is payable.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, the full accommodation account is payable
- NO-SHOWS will be charged as originally booked.
- In the event of premature departure the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
- Refunds of deposits/ prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet rooms.
- All major credit cards are accepted. 5% surcharge for Diners & Amex cards.
- Please inform us prior to arrival if your flight arrives before 08:00am and after 18:00 pm
- Rooms that are not occupied by 18h00 will be seen as a no-show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
- Please confirm arrival time.
