Vilaroux offers luxury self-catering accommodation nestled in the tree-lined Papegaai Street, in the heart of Stellenbosch. This idyllic retreat comprises 7 fully equipped self-catering apartments and is privately owned and managed.

Vilaroux is situated just off the historic Dorp Street which is known for its Victorian townhouses, Restaurants, oak trees and narrow canals.

At Vilaroux, the staff proud themselves in assisting guests in all their needs. There is a beautiful pool in a secluded spot in the garden. A roof terrace with garden furniture gives the perfect opportunity for outside relaxation and socializing.

There is also a small but fully equipped gym for the use of guests. This and the ample secure basement parking makes Vilaroux the perfect base for groups, whether it is for a wedding, sports or just family reunions.

Because of the location in the central part of the picturesque Stellenbosch, Vilaroux is the destination of choice for business clients, holiday-makers, weekend guests and overnight visitors. If guests prefer not to make their own breakfast, the nearest restaurant is only 300m away – just a relaxing morning stroll under the great Stellenbosch trees.

Important Information

- The managing agent reserves the right to cancel any booking where the deposit and or the payments have not been paid on the due date.
- Guests will immediately be informed via email when such an action has been taken.
- The apartment will be serviced 2 x per week. No services will be done on weekends or public holidays.
- If you require an additional daily services or weekend services, it must be arranged with management prior to arrival.
- The fee for the additional service needs to be paid when the final payment is made for the booking.
- Please note that any damage to linen and towels will be charge to your account.
- The cost of internet is for guests own account and not included in our standard rates.
- A WiFi service is available.
- You will be held fully responsible for the keys during your stay.
- Secure basement parking is included in the rate.
- Access to the basement will be via remote control gates and garage door.
- The remote will be handed to guests upon arrival.
- Please note only 1 parking bay per apartment.
- The guest will be held liable for all damages or losses to furniture, fittings and equipment, that was caused during his stay.
- Vilaroux has a policy that quiet time will be adhered to between the hours of 22h00 and 07h30.
- No activity outside the apartments is allowed during this time.
- No disturbance will be allowed during this time and if needed Management will request the guest to leave the premises immediately. - Late departures must be arranged with management.  

Cancellation Policy

- Please note that your booking is a legally binding agreement. 
- If you cancel your booking after it was confirmed the cancellation policy will apply.
- Cancellations 0 to 21 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations 21 to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount.
- Fully Booked – Refunds/Prepayments are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let the room
- The Cancellation Policy for Refunds and Deposits for bookings are at all times at the discretion of management.
