Umdloti Cabanas 11 is a lovely modern self catering apartment, ideally located in the popular and secure Umdloti Cabanas complex.

The complex is built in a horse-shoe shape, offers great views of the ocean and has a communal swimming pool. It is also conveniently situated near various shops, restaurants and amenities. The unit has parking for one vehicle and is a few minutes walk down to the beach.

Important Information
- All bookings will incur a once off admin fee.
- There is also a breakage and disturbance deposit per booking which is refundable after your stay.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can be made 30 days or more before arrival for bookings between February and November. The admin fee will however be payable.
- Deposits that have been made to secure the booking will be refunded less the admin fee.
- Cancellations made 30 days plus before December and January bookings will be charged 25% of the deposit paid as well as the admin fee.
- Cancellations within a month of arrival will be on re-sell basis.
- The managing agent will refund the amount paid if all nights can be re-sold at the same or higher amount less the admin fee.
- If the unit cannot be re-sold, a refund of the deposit paid cannot be granted.
