If guests are looking for the ultimate friendly, laid back, comfortable holiday experience for the whole family, including guests pets, then Treehaven is the answer to guests dream.
Built on a steep slope, Treehaven is not for the physically challenged. Rustic paths wind through exuberant ground covered slopes to link apartments.
The Studio Apartment allows a total independence, sleeping 3 guests. The unit is peaceful and private opening on to a shady patio with braai facilities, where guests can hear the raucous call and often catch a glimpse of the elusive Knysna Loerie (Tauraco corythaix) and scores of other bird species.
Guests dogs dream holiday destination. Taking guests beloved pets on holiday can sometimes not work out as well as planned. At Treehaven our pet friendly environment with enclosed "pockets of garden" frees inquisitive canines to sniff around for hidden delights, thus enabling guests to relax and really enjoy the holiday as well.

Pet Policy:
- Small to medium, well behaved, socialized dogs welcome.
- The studio has a small shady enclosed garden. Pets may sleep inside or on warm nights on the deck; bring own dog beds, bedding and bowls.
- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be free of ticks and fleas.
- No persistent barking allowed.
- Please note: access to the studio is via a communal walkway shared between guests; pets should be kept on the lead while passing through. If leaving guests pet at Treehaven when visiting venues where no pets are allowed. The managing agent will alert guests if guests 4 legged child is unduly unhappy/or causing a disturbance.
- No doggie damages deposit required, yet the managing agent expect guests to fess up and take responsibility for any damage/undue mess caused.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 14 days or less before date of arrival; on day of arrival; during stay or just do not arrive: guests are liable for the full reservation payment.
- Cancellations 14 to 28 days before date of arrival: the full 50% deposit is due.
- Cancellations 28+ days before date of arrival: deposit will be refunded.
- A cancellation fee on full booking value will be levied on any refunds requested.
