Villa A22 features three bedrooms accommodating 6 guests, comfortable living areas, covered barbeque and an outdoor entertainment area. It’s ideal position provides easy access to the beach, the waterways for swimming, canoeing or boating, as well as the attractions of Thesen Harbour Village.
The main bedroom is en suite with a king size bed while the second and third bedrooms have 2 single beds each and make use of the family bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen offers quality appliances and finishes, leading to a scullery and laundry, with a private courtyard and clothesline. The kitchen area with island seating for 4, flows to the open plan dining and living area, opening to the covered built in barbeque facility and entertainment area. The lounge offers full DSTV, a DVD player and a guest water closet is located downstairs.

- Rates are for 1 self-catering villa per night.
- Complimentary early arrivals can be requested, but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Complimentary late departures can be requested, but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours prior to departure.
- All rooms and indoor public areas are non-smoking.
- Reservations are subject to terms of residence on check-in.
- A maximum of 2 adults per room will be permitted.
- The Agent reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time.
- Credit cards are not accepted.
- A minimum letting period of 10 nights applies from 23 December - 6 January.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations on arrival or during the stay: the full payment due may be levied.
- In the event of premature departure Management may charge for full extent of stay, which was booked and confirmed.
- Cancellations 0 to 14 days before date of arrival, no show: full deposit paid is forfeited.
- Cancellations 15 to 28 days before date of arrival: 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited.
- Cancellations 28 + days before date of arrival: 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited.
- On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, Management will refund the applicable amount, within 5 working days.
- The Managing Agent may levy a administration fee on any refunds processed.
- Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional charge will be levied.
