The main bedroom contains a queen sized bed, whilst the second bedroom has a three quarter bed. There is also a pull out single bed for an extra guest.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for self catering purposes. It includes a two plate stove, a mini oven, a fridge and a washing machine. The lounge area provides a television with DSTV channels enabled, and WiFi is also supplied for guests entertainment.

The Soulful Peacock is within walking distance from The Cape Vineyards, which serve breakfast, lunch as well as dinner. The Food and Wine Market is just a five minutes drive from Noordhoek Village, which also provides a wide range of local restaurants that cater for the varied palette. Café Roux offers a mix of local and famous bands and features a childrens play area.

Important Information

Security Deposit:

- Should a guest damage the home, they may be charged a fee.

- Well behaved children are welcome.

- The establishment trusts that guests will take full responsibility for their children, and obviously if there is any damage in the apartment caused that guests will be willing to settle the amount to repair.

- Please be mindful of the neighbours with regards to noise.

- Please be aware that the swimming pool of the main house is not protected. The unit is gated off from the main house, except it may be unlocked from time to time. Parents of young children need to be permanently vigilant.

- Please take care to lock up properly when going out, to ensure the safety of belongings as well as of the property.

- Lost keys will be charged at a replacement fee.

- The staff of the establishment are honest and this waivers any claims made against them.

- If in the event of theft, a charge with the police services can be lodged for the guests own insurance purposes and support in this regard can be given but the disclaimer waivers the right to claim from the establishment in this regard.

- No additional unbooked guests are to stay over.

- Whilst the establishment takes great care to take extra precaution and remain aware, as always the case over holidays, peak and festive seasons, the establishment takes no responsibility or liability for any personal items and requests this be well insured with an appropriate insurance provider.

- By accepting a booking, the guest hereby agrees to the house rules, terms and conditions and disclaimer stated herein.

- Pets live on property; a Border Collie and an Australian Shepherd.

- Due to a severe drought in Cape Town all guests must abide by the water restrictions at the time of check in.

- Guests must be able to climb stairs as the property is a double storey. 

Cancellation Policy

- If cancelling 7 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before the arrival date, the guest forfeits 25% of the deposit.
