The Dunes 111 is a self-catering townhouse located in Keurboomstrand, known as the Dolphin’s playground, a ten-minute drive from the jewel of the Garden Route, Plettenberg Bay. This townhouse is situated in The Dunes Resort. A duplex with modern finishes and beachyfied-décor.

This duplex is able to accommodate 4 adults, 2 children and has 2 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both share a bathroom fitted with a bath, basin and toilet with skylight windows. There is also a guest toilet fitted with a basin and shower on the ground floor.

The ground floor comprises an open plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen with granite tops and built-in cupboards features a stove, an oven, a fridge, a freezer and a microwave.

A TV with selected DSTV channels is available as well as underfloor heating for those wintery cosy days. A sleeper couch is located in the living area, ideal for 2 children to share.

Outside there is an undercover braai area and undercover parking with an enclosed private garden.
