Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 0 to 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- Cancellations 8 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit.
- Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellations 22 to 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit.
- Cancellations in excess of 28 days prior may incur a maximum 15% administration fee to cover banking and handling charge
- Should a guests stay be cut short for any reason then the guesthouse is entitled to charge the full amount of the accommodation.
- All cancellations made more than 90 days prior to date of arrival will have a 15% deducted for bank and handling fees.
- Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R285 charge will be levied.
- No verbal cancellations will be accepted. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
- On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, the guesthouse will refund the applicable amount, within 14 working days.
