Important Information

- Late arrival to be arranged prior to arrival.
- Small children can be accommodated by arrangement and at a additional cost.
- No smoking inside.
- No parties or events.
- Pet(s) live on property - 3 small dogs.
- Amenity limitations: Cape Town is currently a drought area with water restrictions. The managing agent has made provisions for guests but do ask them to help save water.
- Must climb stairs - Stairs leading down to Apartment.
- Some spaces are shared - The pool is shared with the family.. but reserved for your private use from 19h00 at night. 

Cancellation Policy

- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
