You will be within a security estate with 24/7 security. It is small but comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your time in Cape Town. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and there is quality white linen provided with towels.
Wonderful walks in the estate through indigenous gardens and natural ravine is available. It offers direct access to Table Mountain hikes or a short ride (5 minutes) to the most beautiful beach in Cape Town (Llandudno). There is also a tennis court and great mountain bike riding in the vicinity. You will find yourself in ultimate peace and tranquility.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
