This is budget accommodation at its best, sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The house is always rented out as an entire unit, private for your use only. Full DStv, a DVD player, fans, heaters and excellent rates. Families most welcome. 2 Camping cots and bedding available. Please note, no credit card facilities, no wi fi and no tumble drier ( but we do have a washing machine ! ), DSTV, a DVD player, small library of DVDs and music CDs, fans, heaters, safe, rapid response, burglar alarm, baby cots and bedding.
The lagoon is home to the unique Knysna seahorse, the exquisite Pansy shell and at least 200 species of fish. Humpback and Southern Right whales frolic along these coastal waters from May to September, whilst dolphins are year-round residents. The indigenous forests form the largest closed canopy forest in Southern Africa and are home to the colourful Knysna loerie and narina trogon. Knysna is also home to the only forest elephant in South Africa. Fynbos vegetation contributes 8,000 plant species to the Cape floral kingdom. - Main bedroom carpeted with queen size bed and built in cupboards. Shower and toilet en-suite.

- Baby cot available, suitable for up to 2 ½ years.
- Built-in braai (Barbeque) facilities.
- There is an alarm for added safety.
- The cottage is not serviced, but when occupied for more than seven days there will be a change of linen and a general clean up.
- Arrangements for a cleaning service can be made at a nominal fee.

Important Information
- Arrivals/Check in at Prospect Cottage are STRICTLY between 2 pm and 6 pm.
- The cottage must be vacated by 10 am on the date of depature.
- Please note we do not have credit card facilities at the cottage.
- Balance of payment on arrival. STRICTLY a maximum of 6 guests allowed including children/babies.
- No wi fi or a tumble drier but we do have a washing machine.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. [ delete rule
