Milkwood Lodge is surrounded by an indigenous garden and ancient listed Milkwood trees which are protected. A short walk would bring guests to the famous Blue Flag accredited Grotto Beach and seafront cliff path from where guests can spot the whales.
This huge property consists of a main house, and a separate block of guest rooms as well as outbuildings. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the separate building consisting of three rooms, each with its own private patio and separate entrance. The en suite bathrooms have bath and walk in shower. All rooms are equipped with TV, fridge, tea/coffee facilities, underfloor heating, fan, wall safe, hair dryer and international plugs. Room 1 situated next to the swimming pool has a king size bed which can be converted to twin beds on request. Room 3 has twin beds and a third twin bed is available on request to convert it to a triple room.
In the main house there is an extremely large upstairs room with two double beds accessible via a private staircase with two double beds - for family or two single people traveling together and the bathroom has a shower only. A small kitchenette is equipped with a microwave and fridge. Downstairs is a double en suite room with king size bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The private courtyard has a gate with direct access to the main garden.
The swimming pool is adjacent to a patio with barbeque facilities for guests to use and this has become extremely popular especially when people are well into their holidays and tired of eating out. Baskets with crockery/cutlery are provided for the rooms without kitchen facilities. Milkwood Lodge caters for all - healthy, hearty and vegetarian options.

- Should a room be required during the day of departure, please ensure to book an extra night.
- Please advise the managing agent if guests are arriving on a late night or early morning flight and would like to proceed directly to Milkwood Lodge.
- The managing agent will endeavour to get guests room ready for occupation as soon as possible in the meantime guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast.
- If required a shuttle service can be pre-arranged to collect guests charges will be advised at time of booking shuttle and guests pre-booked rental car can be delivered on guests arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit.
- Cancellation from 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
- Cancellation from 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellation from 21 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
