The lounge area offers an LED coloured Plasma TV with DSTV compact and a surround sound system. In addition it includes a DVD/CD player and a private patio with outdoor furniture and views of Signal Hill and the City Centre.

There are additional services and features such as 3G internet access (optional), 24/7 staffed front desk, 24-hour security, daily/weekly house keeping on request and a secured, assigned parking bay within the building with a remote.

Apartment Rates/Availability

Important Information

Leisure (Exclusive of Corporate Bookings):

- Management requires guests credit card details and a rental deposit of 100% of the total rental amount to secure this booking.
- Management will send guests a booking confirmation to confirm details of the guests booking and how to pay for the balance of the rental amount due.
- Management requires payment in full prior to guests arrival.
- All rates are subject to change without notice.
- Rates are quoted per apartment per night and include all taxes (VAT).
- Discounted rates for stays over 10 nights may apply.
- Discounted monthly rates offered from May to September.

Rental can be paid with a credit card (Visa and mastercard only) and the following specific terms will apply:

- The credit card used for payment will be present when guests arrived. Guests will not be allowed to check in unless the same credit card is presented.
- The card holder will be present when guests arrived. Guests will not be allowed to check in unless the credit card holder is presented.
- If the credit card or credit card holder is not present alternative arrangements for payment has to be made and Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and the applicable cancellation fees will apply.
- A manual credit card voucher will be completed and signed by the credit card holder for the total of the rental on arrival. CCV will be included on the voucher.
- The credit card holder will sign a copy of an email notification Management received when payment was submitted to the merchant bank.
 

Cancellation Policy

Corporate (Exclusive of leisure bookings):

- No deposit is required for corporate clients.
- The corporate client will notify the managing agent immediately if an apartment is no longer required.
- In the event where a cancellation results in the occupation of an apartment being reduced to a number of nights falling outside the number of nights required for a long term rate to be applicable, as set out in the contracted rates schedule, the applicable short term daily rate, as per the applicable rates schedule will be applied to the actual number of nights stayed.
- All cancellations must be received in writing and an email notification is also acceptable.

Leisure:

- The following fees for cancellation or amendments to a reservation will apply and will be calculated from the total cost of the confirmed booking:
- Cancellations 30 days or more days: 25%.
- Cancellations 29 to 15 days: 50%.
- Cancellations 14 to 0 days: 100%.
- If a confirmed booking is changed or amended, the managing agent reserves the right to charge a maximum of 2% on the total value of the changed or amended booking.
