Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

Awesome place, enjoyed the stay. Although it can be a bit noisy late evening with all the people leaving food court at canal walk or just standing outside next to the lake and party.
But otherwise excellent
The place was lovely and tidy, the whole complex was quite. The view from the main bedroom and balcony was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Really great with the view of lake and the lights from the Canal Walk shopping mall, it felt like a differant little world and perfect for a holiday.
