Cancellation Policy
Refunds on cancellations/deposits are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let the room and nature of the cancellation, otherwise:
- Cancellation of the reservation during stay and less than 7 days prior to arrival, guests will be liable for 100% of the full account.
- Cancellation 7 to 21 days prior to arrival, guests will be liable for 50% of the full account.
- Cancellation 22 days or more prior to arrival, guests will be liable for 30% of the full account.
- All refunds are subject to an administration fee.
