This tastefully decorated three bedroom cottage is situated just a mere 300m away from the beach. This unit features an open-plan dining and lounge area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and oven.
There are three bedrooms of which two are part of the main house. The third bedroom is separate from the house with shower and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
Other features include a plasma TV with DSTV, internet access, a fireplace, braai facilities and a decked stoep with a splash pool and a fenced yard, ideal for pets. This unit is child and pet friendly.

Important Information
- A surcharge fee per hour or part thereof will be charged for any arrival later than 19h00, unless prior arrangement has been made.
- Any house or room that has not been vacated by check out time will be subject to a surcharge fee charged per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check out time.
- No Parties allowed unless prior arrangements were made and only the amount of guests per house allowed.
- Kindly note, only EFT/bank transfers are accepted.
- Should guests wish for the DSTV to be switched on there is an additional charge per day. Not all units have DSTV, so please inquire before making payment.
- A Key and Breakage deposit fee is payable with the deposit or on arrival and is refundable within 5 to 7 working days, after the house has been scrutinised and all is found in order.
- Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than one month prior to arrival: 85% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 30 and 22 days prior to arrival: 70% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 21 and 16 days before arrival date: 50% of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 15 and 7 days before arrival date: 20% of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival date, or in the event of a no-show: no refund will be considered.
