The second bedroom located downstairs has a king size bed (or two twin beds), private patio with hammock, bar fridge and coffee/tea making facilities and en suite bathroom.
The third bedroom located upstairs is a fully equipped self contained studio apartment with inter-linking door to the main house. There is also a loft/study with sleeper couch for those who need to work or play or need extra sleeping room.

Important Information
- A surcharge will be charged for any late arrivals, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
- Any house or room that has not been vacated by check out time will be subject to a surcharge for each hour exceeding the check out time.
- No parties allowed unless prior arrangements were made and only the amount of guests per house allowed.
- Kindly note that Management does not have authorization to do credit card payments on behalf of guests, Management only accepts EFT/bank transfers.
- Should guests wish for the DSTV to be switched on there is an additional charge.
- Not all units have DSTV, please enquire before making a payment.
- A key and breakage deposit is payable with the deposit or on arrival and is refundable within 5 to 7 working days, after the house has been scrutinised and all is found in order.
- Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than one month prior to arrival 85% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 30 and 22 days prior to arrival 70% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 21 and 16 days before arrival date 50% of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 15 and 7 days before arrival date 20% of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, no refund will be considered.
