Apartment 315 is a privately owned, self catering apartment, on 3rd floor with full sea view, sleeping max of 2 adults and a child. This apartment is in the Ocean Breeze Hotel at 17 Beach road , Strand and is owned, maintained and serviced by the owners of Groenewald Accommodation. The bedroom contains a king size bed, wall mounted heater, overhead fan and an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. Separated by a door from the kitchen/lounge which leads out onto the balcony through a sliding door.

The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, kettle, toaster, all necessary utensils and a table with 4 chairs. The lounge area has a sleeper couch and 2 chairs. Safe basement parking is provided for guests with security guards on duty. The apartment can be connected to 314 through interlinking doors for a larger group.

The reception desk on the ground floor is manned by the hotel operator, who also serves breakfast on the first floor, arranges conferences, and does the cleaning of the public areas. There is a small swimming pool and the Ocean Basket Restaurant is on ground floor. There is also a lift in the building. Located between Somerset West and Gordon’s Bay, we’re only 5 km to the first wine cellar and on the route to Hermanus for the best whale sightings as well as the entrance to the Garden Route.
