The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite with shower, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite with shower and the third bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite with shower.
Outside is a lovely covered patio area with a splash pool and comfortable outdoor furniture. Sit back and relax as you marvel at the views of the Atlantic while sipping on a cool beer or glass of wine.
The beach is only a 5 minute drive, as are some trendy bars, restaurants and boutiques. The CBD is a 10 minute drive and Hout Bay is 20 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point. A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
