The 2nd and 3rd bedroom is found downstairs. The 2nd bedroom containing a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a single vanity and shower while the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a dedicated bathroom with shower. All linen and towels are supplied.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher as well as a Nespresso and washing machine.
The living and dining area boasts comfortable couches, a plasma TV with DSTV and has a modern dining table with enough space to seat 8. Wifi internet access is also available. The area is also air conditioned.
Outdoors a 6 seater dining set as well as a mini gas braai facility and 2 sun loungers are available for your comfort.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
