This charming one bedroom, one bathroom self-catering unit with great views is only just 25 m from the beach. The coastal style architecture, with whitewashed walls, a lovely patio area, and plenty of garden space provides a wonderful seaside getaway for two.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, side tables with lamps, additional seating, and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet. The kitchen area is open plan, with necessary cutlery and crockery for simple meals. There is a fridge-freezer, toaster oven, kettle, and dining space for four people. The seating area has a futon and additional chairs for watching the flat screen TV with full DSTV access. Step out onto the lovely stoop where guests can enjoy sea views and evening sunsets over a glass of wine and a BBQ.
Walk down to the beach for an evening stroll or go for a refreshing swim during the afternoon. The Voorstrand restaurant is located just down the street on the waterfront, or go the other direction and youll find the Noisy Oyster restaurant. The home is well situated by other activities and attractions in the Paternoster area.

Important Information
- No Parties allowed unless prior arrangements were made.
- A R650 key and breakage deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable within 7 to 14 working days after house has been scrutinized and all found in order.
- Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than one month prior to arrival 85 percent of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 22 days prior to arrival 70 percent of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between 21 and 16 days before arrival date 50 percent of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before arrival date 20 percent of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, no refund will be considered.

the perfect location within easy reach of the beach and main street. The cottage was clean and tidy with a good array of kitchenware and utensils to make the stay easy. A dishwasher would be a great addition though!
