This 3 bedroom self catering family home is the ideal getaway for the whole family. Perfect to relax around the fireplace in winter times. It has a relaxing atmosphere with bird life, awesome mountain views and the ideal getaway home to escape away from the rat race. Unfortunately no children under the age of 10 years old due to steep stairs that could be dangerous.
The cottage offers 2 rooms with double beds and 3rd bedroom with twin beds (loft area) and the house also has 2 bedrooms in total. An indoor fireplace and open plan living area are also among the facilities offered.

- Please note that you need to collect keys from Ann at Hermanus Holiday Rentals.
- A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours to secure your booking.
- Bookings will automatically expire within 48 hours without a secure deposit.
- The balance is due 5 days prior to arrival.
- No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.
- A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R650 applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay.
- A refundable breakages deposit equal to one days rental is due in cash on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 days or longer prior to arrival date: Minus 25% of deposit.
- Cancellation 29 - 7 days prior to arrival date: Minus 40% of deposit.
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date: Minus 100% of deposit.
- Cancellation less than 41 days prior to arrival date: minus 100% of deposit.
