Constantia Julia is perfect for families and groups of friends. Besides the TV room, there is additionally a formal lounge, with a wood fireplace, that is open-plan with the equally formal dining area that has seating for 8.
 
The master bedroom, with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, leads to the garden and terrace. Adjoining the main bedroom is the second bedroom with a double bed and a shared bathroom with the third and fourth bedrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms both have partial views of the garden. The third bedroom includes a double bed and the fourth has twin beds. The fifth bedroom, situated outside, is a converted bedroom with a kitchenette and bathroom. It accesses the courtyard outside the kitchen and has separate access. This room is ideal for grandparents, au pairs or teenagers.
 
Furthermore, the villa offers wireless internet and includes BBQ facilities and a guest toilet. Servicing of the pool and garden occurs on Wednesdays. A housekeeping service is included, from Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30. A double carport and off-street parking are available. There are child safety issues due to the steps leading into the third and fourth bedrooms as well as the open pool that has no net. The property is secure with an internal alarm, external beams, electric fence and safe.
