Well appointed beautiful self catering holiday apartments in Constantia, Cape Town, with an entertainment area overlooking an immaculate private garden and a beautiful 40 square meter heated swimming pool.
There are two cottages available. Cottage Cabernet can comfortably sleep five guests while Cottage Chardonnay sleeps four guests.
Cottage Cabernet features a spacious kitchen that is equipped with an electric cooker convection hood, fridge, large freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave as well as toaster and coffee machine.
On the first floor of cottage Cabernet you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, two bedside tables, a glass table, wicker chair, a stool and a spacious wardrobe.
The smaller bedroom contains one queen size bed and one single bed with bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have their own access to the same bathroom.
The bathroom is equipped with designer pieces and consists of a corner bathtub, washbasin, corner toilet and a large see through glass shower cabin. There is a separate guest toilet downstairs.
The whole house is covered with ceramic tiles with underfloor central heating, apart from the guest toilet. There is a television in the living room as well as in the master bedroom.
There is a built in safe in the wardrobe of the master bedroom and a flat screen TV.
An individual private garden belongs to the cottage with a lawn and sun area, sun chairs and awning, to seat 4 people and a grill/braai.
The cottage has its own access to the road. Safe parking in the double garage. The guests can go straight from the garage to the entrance of the house.
Cottage Chardonnay is a lovely, comfortable one room apartment which stands alone with a sleeping area, TV corner with a sofa bed, kitchenette, shower/bathroom with underfloor heating as well as its own garden and patio.
There is a comfortable sleeper-couch that pulls out into a 137 cm wide bed for more grownups or two children. The cottage has a TV with DSTV and ADSL at no extra charge.
The granite covered kitchen area has a two plate electric stove, a small fridge, microwave, kettle and a coffee machine as well as the necessary cutlery and crockery. There is also an ironing board and various cleaning materials.
There is wall heating and there is a washing machine in the garage as well as a dryer for the use of guests.
The French double bed is 152 cm in size, has a thick, very comfortable mattress and has two bedside tables with lamps.
The recently renovated bathroom is small but very smart and practical. The shower cabin has a large and handheld shower. The washbasin has a granite top.
The cottages are self catering however they are fully serviced once a week. The guests are provided with a white set of towels for use inside and colored big towels for use outside.

This cosy cottage offers self-catering accommodation for 4 people.
It boasts one open plan room with a bedroom, kitchenette and lounge. There is a sleeper couch that can sleep two children.
The lounge features a TV with DSTV and there is wifi.
The cottage leads to a private garden and patio area and guests have access to the heated swimming pool.

Important Information
Reductions and Extra Costs:
- Prices on the price list apply to certain booking times, e.g. 1 to 2 days, 3 to 7 days, 8 to 14 days or 15 to 31 days.
- Please enquire about daily costs for stays of longer than 31 nights.
- Extra person in room (occupation more than standard): No extra costs will be charged for maximum 2 children up to the age of 2 years in a baby cot which can be provide free-of-charge.
- For children aged < 12 Management charges R140.00 or R175.00 per night each, for children older than 12 years and grownups who share the same unit for up to 3 or 4 people, management charges an extra R280.00 or R350.00 per night.
- Electricity cost in Low Season: For all stays in Low Season (1. May until 30. September) the guest has to carry the cost for electricity (consumption very much affected on the use of the underfloor heating systems; own separate meter; settlement on day of departure).
- Payment Methods: Please pay into account (EFT) free of charge for us, credit card (VISA or MasterCard only) or cash payment.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation until 14 days before arrival: 100% of the amount of the rental.
- Cancellation until 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the amount of the rental.
- Cancellation 31 to 60 days before arrival: 35% of the amount of the rental.
- Earlier than 61 days before arrival: 25% of the amount of the rental.
- Should we be able to rent out the units to other guests then the deposit will be prorated and returned (deduction of 10% as administration fee).
