This is a well appointed beautiful self catering holiday apartment situated in Constantia, Cape Town, with an entertainment area overlooking the immaculate private garden and a beautiful 40 square meter heated swimming pool.

Cottage Malbec features a spacious kitchen that is equipped with an electric cooker convection hood, a fridge and a large freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, a microwave as well as a toaster and a coffee machine.

On the first floor of the cottage guests will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, two bedside tables, a glass table, wicker chair, a stool and a spacious wardrobe. There is a built in safe in the wardrobe of the master bedroom and a flat screen TV. The smaller bedroom contains one queen size bed and one single bed with bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom is equipped with designer pieces and consists of a corner bathtub, washbasin, corner toilet and a large see through glass shower cabin. There is a separate guest toilet downstairs.

The whole apartment is covered with ceramic tiles with underfloor central heating, apart from the guest toilet. There is a television in the living room as well as in the master bedroom.

An individual private garden belongs to the cottage with a sun area, sun chairs, an awning and a grill/braai area. The cottage has safe parking in the double garage and the guests can go straight from the garage to the entrance of the house.

The cottage is self catering however its is fully serviced once a week. Guests are provided with a white set of towels for inside use and colored big towels for outside use.

Important Information

- Please enquire about daily costs for stays of longer than 60 nights.
- Extra person in room: No extra costs will be charged for maximum 2 children up to the age of 2 years in a baby cot which can be provided free-of-charge.
- For the use of the sofa bed a percentage of the total rent is charged.
- Electricity cost in low season: For low season booking the guest has to carry the cost for electricity. (consumption affected by the use of the underfloor heating).
- The unit has its own separate meter.
- Cost to be settled on day of departure.
- In special cases Management works out an individual check-in or check-out time. This, of course, depends upon the arrival or departure time of the previous guests.
 

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation until 14 days before arrival: 100% of the amount of the rental.
- Cancellation until 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the amount of the rental.
- Cancellation 31 to 60 days before arrival: 35% of the amount of the rental.
- Earlier than 61 days before arrival: 25% of the amount of the rental. 
- Should the Managing Agent be able to rent out the units to other guests then the deposit will be prorated and returned (deduction of 10% as administration fee).
