Cottage Cabernet is situated in the up market leafy suburb of Constantia. Close to the Constantia wine routes, premier golf courses, the Constantia Village Shopping Centre, beaches, Kirstenbosch Gardens and nature reserves.

This self-catering accommodation is an ideal base from which to explore the Cape. Take a day trip to the world renowned Stellenbosch and Paarl, with their fine restaurants and wine routes or try the historical Tulbagh, famous for its Cape Dutch architecture and excellent restaurants.

The cottage comprises an open plan lounge, an open plan dining room with a 4 seater dining table and leather seats. The TV room features a television with DSTV and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads onto the living area. It includes a big fridge, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron as well as underfloor heating. There is also a separate guest toilet downstairs.

The main bedroom contains a king size bed with a built-in cupboard, bedside tables with side lights, underfloor heating, a hairdryer, a TV with DSTV channels and has double window doors that open onto the garden. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and a single bed, bedside tables with side lights, a built-in cupboard and underfloor heating.

Both bedrooms are en-suite with an elegant and stylish bathroom with a nice deep corner bath, big shower cabin, smart basin/ cabinet, corner toilet, soft fluffy towels and underfloor heating.

Perfect for entertaining, this holiday home has got its own garden and lawn with sun loungers, 4-seater table and BBQ/Braai facilities as well as access to the beautiful solar heated swimming pool shared with three other parties at Constantia Cottages.

Guests can rest assured with garage parking that has direct access to the garden and cottage. The cottage has sensors inside and outside – connected to ADT Armed Response; an Intercom System with a camera outside at the gate and a video screen inside the cottage. There is a maid service and garden service twice a week at no charge.

Important Information

- Please enquire about daily costs for stays of longer than 60 nights.
- Extra person in room: No extra costs will be charged for maximum 2 children up to the age of 2 years in a baby cot which can be provided free-of-charge.
- For the use of the sofa bed a percentage of the total rent is charged.
- Electricity cost in low season: For low season booking the guest has to carry the cost for electricity. (consumption affected by the use of the underfloor heating).
- The unit has its own separate meter.
- Cost to be settle on day of departure.
- In special cases Management works out an individual check-in or check-out time. This, of course, depends upon the arrival or departure time of the previous guests. 

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation until 14 days before arrival: 100% of the amount of the rental.
- Cancellation until 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the amount of the rental.
- Cancellation 31 to 60 days before arrival: 35% of the amount of the rental.
- Earlier than 61 days before arrival: 25% of the amount of the rental. 
- Should the Managing Agent be able to rent out the units to other guests then the deposit will be prorated and returned (deduction of 10% as administration fee).
