The upmarket, tranquil Protea Valley neighbourhood is surrounded by beautiful dams and walks and the popular Majik Forest mountain bike trail. The guest house has views of the Altydgedacht vineyards and is on the doorstep of the Durbanville wine route with its wine farms and restaurants.
Guests can start their day with a rich breakfast served in their guest unit and then set out to the many tourist attractions, such as Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, Kirstenbosch and Paarl.

The downstairs living room features a sliding door that leads onto a furnished patio which overlooks the garden and the pool.
The dining area has an 8 seater table and indoor barbecue facilities. Guests can laze at the pool en enjoy refreshments on the private patio with built-in barbecue.

Important Information
- 50% with booking, to secure booking for 24 hours.
- If deposit is not paid in time, booking may be cancelled by the owner.
- Breakfasts can be arranged with management or booked online, up front.
- The guest unit will be serviced on all days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 40 + days prior to arrival, full deposit is paid back to client minus 10% handling fee.
- Cancellation 39 to 21 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit.
- Cancellation 20 to 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit.
- Cancellation 13 to 0 days of arrival, forfeit full deposit.
- No shows will be charged 100% of the full booking amount.
- No allowance is made for units not occupied for the full time of the reservation.
- No moneys will be returned after the guest unit has been occupied.
