The well positioned villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac and beautifully maintained throughout. It’s convenient location is a mere 15 minutes drive to central Cape Town and only 20 minutes from the popular V&A Waterfront.
The lounge is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. The air conditioned fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. All three bedrooms have twin beds, dressing tables and ample cupboard space. The en-suite bathrooms each have large walk-in showers and baths.
In addition, there is a double lock-up garage, which offers direct access to the house. The property is fully covered by wired and wireless sensors and an alarm system monitored around the clock.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
