You enter the property through a wooden gate which opens onto a courtyard and pool deck which has dining furniture and sun loungers. The living area is accessed via the floor to ceiling glass stacking doors. This luminous open-plan space offers comfortable seating and spectacular views. There is also a fully equipped kitchen on this level.

On the second level of the house is an informal TV area with a study desk. Leading off from this area are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. The second bedroom has an open-plan bathroom and the third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All these rooms have access to a balcony with amazing views.

On the lower level of the house there is a scullery, cinema room with plush couches, a kitchenette and the fourth bedroom. This room has access to a private courtyard and separate entrance. The fourth bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.
