Cancellation Policy
- Once payment had been processed and cancellation happens between payment date and 7 days we will charge R350 to cover bank costs.
- No show or cancellation within 7 days of stay - No refund due.
- Cancellation 7 - 14 days prior to arrival = 75 % of the deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellation 14 - 21 days prior to arrival = 50 % of the deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellation 21+ days prior to arrival = 30 % of the deposit will not be refunded.
